Swim in the digital world

Looking back to what the SWIM Consortium has done since 2008 makes us dizzy.
The SWIM Consorium ?
A group of higher education Institutions composed of Sciencescom-Audencia, Fr, Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj, Ro, University of the Arts, Berlin, San-Jorge University, Zaragoza not forgetting Westerdals School of Communication, Oslo and the Norwich University College of the Arts, UK.

All of us were sharing a similar vision of the Digital Word coming up, and the huge changes that it brings with it.

With the support of the MEDIA programme of the European Union, we have had the fantastic opportunity to design, plan and implement a training workshop- the SWIM seminar- based on interactions and multicultural dimensions through the rich mix of students, tutors and professionals.

Not only discussions, but a real work sessions provided through 12 creative cases studied on site and presented before pitch juries.

SWIM in a few figures : 3 training seminars : SWIM08, SWIM09, SWIM2010, 3 host towns : Nantes, Cluj-Napoca, Zarogoza, 121 student participants, 74 tutors, lecturers, researchers, speakers and staff, not forgetting the dozens of messages from the participants, proud to have been there.
